Taking out the next target is just another day of work when you are an assassin, but things can quickly get complicated when you are your own next victim. When young Joe Simmons's next hit arrives, he discovers that it is a future version of himself and fails to complete the assignment. To save his present self, Joe must find his future self and kill him, as this will successfully close the loop that ends his contract. There's more at stake than he realizes, in the form of a woman and her young son.
