Available on DVD, "The Sitter" is a comedy about an unintelligent man who needs money and will do anything to get it. Noah is a college dropout and desperate for money. This makes a remarkable situation when he decides to babysit three children. During this time, his girlfriend calls to ask him to get her some drugs. Also, the children he is watching are not what he expected. In order to make his girlfriend happy, Noah takes the children to a less than reputable part of the town and ends up getting into trouble. The drug dealers he is involved with will murder anything that they can. Noah and the children run from them and chaos ensues. "The Sitter" is almost a slapstick comedy of errors and bad judgment. The leading roles of "The Sitter" are Johan Hill, Sam Rockwell, Ari Graynor, and Max Records. It is directed by David Jordon Green. This DVD is rated R for crude and sexual contents, pervasive language, some drug material, and violence.
