EXECUTIVE TARGET: Michael Madsen plays Nick, an ex-stunt driver who is serving time for a petty crime. While he is being transferred to another facility, the prison the bus is attacked by group of armed militants. They kill the other prisoners, except Nick, and take him hostage. Nick is taken to a secret base known as Area 55 where he is informed of a plan that involves him driving a getaway vehicle during a bank heist. He is forced to do this because the gang has his wife held captive. The heist goes smoothly and Nick thinks that he and his wife will be set free. However, the gang leader (Keith David) who runs Area 55 has other ideas. He has an even more audacious plan: to kidnap the President of the United States (Roy Scheider) and sell him to the highest bidder!
